Apple has today announced two new iPads, the iPad Air and the iPad Mini, to refresh its existing lineup of iPads. The iPad Mini comes with a 7.9-inch screen and a slimmer design, whereas, the iPad Air sports a bigger 10.5-inch screen. Both iPads come with support for first-generation Apple Pencil and price start at $399 for the iPad Mini and $499 for the iPad Air.
The iPad Air sports an ultra-thin 10.5-inch design, the A12 Bionic chip with Apple’s Neural Engine, that claim to deliver 70 percent boost in the performance and twice the graphics performance. It comes with the advanced Retina display with Apple’s True Tone technology and support for Apple Pencil support.
On the other hand, the iPad Mini gets a major upgrade, with the A12 Bionic chip to improve the performance speed by up to three times and graphics performance by up to nine times, as claimed by Apple. Similar to the iPad Air, the iPad Mini also comes with Apple’s True Tone technology and support for Apple Pencil.

iPad Mini and iPad Air Pricing and Availability
The all-new iPad Mini and iPad Air come in three colors: Silver, Space Grey, and Gold, and are available in two storage configurations: 64GB and 256GB. The iPad Mini Wi-Fi model is priced at $399, whereas, the Wi-Fi + Cellular model is priced at $529. On the other hand, the iPad Air Wi-Fi-only model is priced at $499, and the Wi-Fi + Cellular at $629. Both the iPads are available on Apple’s official website, offline retail stores, and select carriers.
