From the last few weeks, we have been seeing several leaks the upcoming Galaxy A90 smartphone. The company recently announced to launch a new Galaxy A smartphone on April 10th. While we expected Samsung to launch a few new Galaxy A smartphones, it already launched the Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A40 smartphone. On April 10th, we expect the company to launch the high-end Galaxy A90 smartphone along with the Galaxy A2 Core Android Go smartphone.
Based on the leaks, the Galaxy A90 is said to launch with flagship-grade specifications with an aggressive price tag. There are rumors that the device might sport a complete bezel-less display with pop-up selfie camera. Recently, we have OPPO and Vivo launching their latest mid-range smartphones in the Indian market with pop-up cameras. Even the upcoming OnePlus 7 is said to come with a similar design.
While Samsung hasn’t announced the Galaxy A90 to sport pop-up selfie camera, it updated the Galaxy A page on its official website mentioning the Galaxy A90 to come with a notchless Infinity display. The newly launched Galaxy A smartphones including the Galaxy A10, Galaxy A30, and Galaxy A50 come with Infinity-U display. On the other hand, the Galaxy S10 smartphones were launched with Infinity-O displays.
The Galaxy A90 will be the first-ever smartphone from Samsung to sport the new Infinity display. It will be running on the latest Android 9.0 Pie based One UI out of the box. A few rumors also suggest the Galaxy A90 will come powered by the same 8nm Exynos 9820 octa-core chipset which also powers the Galaxy S10 lineup. We should be expecting more leaks about these upcoming Galaxy A devices in the coming days. Stay tuned on PhoneRadar for more details!
